House hunting Stepdad

Christmas vacation, you took a vacation from me...

And if anyone can tell me what band sang that line, you are one of the all time coolest people I have ever ummmmm typed to? Ok, it sounded cool until I got to the ending, huh?

Anyway, I apologize for neglecting my blog. I didn't mean to, really, I didn't. But so many millions of things have happened the last few weeks, surely, I can't be blamed for not blogging as much? What? I can. Oh.

So, you ask, what has been going on? Well, let's see:

We are buying a house. Not just any house, a really cool house, with huge living areas, a kitchen with an island, a hot tub in the sun room and a pool! Woo. Hoo.

Baby T is walking. He's also drooling and pooping, but that doesn't really get applauded like walking does. Plus, he's been doing those for months, so it's no big deal. Yup, he is walking. Every day he walks more and walks more confidently. He has such a happy and proud look on his face when he walks to me, arms stretched above his head, it is the coolest thing I have ever seen.

Jen and I are such great parents. We already have both of the kids Halloween costumes ready. B is going to be a Spider Queen and her costume is really quite cool. Baby T is going to be...get this: SPIDERMAN! Well, Spiderman minus the mask, no way he will allow the eye mask on his melon head. But, he does allow the swim cap part of the costume on and the one piece costume has got to be the coolest thing I have ever seen. Pictures to come, I promise.
