Return of Friday Guy Question!

Ok, maybe it's just me but after hearing about Joaquin Phoenix flipping his car , I have some questions. Especially since many times the reasons rich and famous people wreck their cars is due to 'brakes going out.

First, can we make some assumptions? Sure, we can, this is my blog.

1. Joaquin Phoenix is famous. He's also extremely rich.

2. Re: 1. Chances are, we can assume he isn't driving a 1983 Ford Escort.

3. So, more than likely he was driving some incredibly expensive car.

4. Even 1983 Ford Escorts brakes give plenty of warning when they 'go out'. This is evidenced by the squeling that quickly turns into scraping then grinding.

5. So, can we assume that his brakes probably 'didnt go out'?

So, my Typical Guy Question is: Why are we normal people supposed to belive the crap they tell us about super famous super rich people?

My son is bad...

Both he and B were feeling a bit under the weather so my Mom came over to watch them while Jen and I were working. As I was getting ready to leave, Mom and Ryan were sitting in the chair. Mom was reading him a book. After three or four pages, Ryan looks up sweetly and says:

'The end! and shuts the book, gets down and runs off.

He is two years, one month and eight days old.
