Also, just to let you know...

I am in the process of redoing my links. You see, I changed the template of my site, and disregarded the warning that any custom work would be erased. Funny, adding a link is custom work. Anyway, I went back to an old page of mine and readded the links I had then and all the newer links will be added very soon.

I still love being a Realtor, even if the contract wasn't accepted!

Well, we wrote a very strong contract (full price, buyer paying all closing costs) and got outbid. This market is crazy. Also last week, I had another buyer trying to get a deal when the seller was refusing to budge on what was already a good deal.

Sigh.

Overall, though, it was a good week. I got a couple more good leads and am working those as well but it would be nice to have one of those contracts accepted.
