House hunting Stepdad

Well, isn't this cool...

It look as if I'm going to have an open house this weekend. The house is huge, 4600 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It's a bargain at only 499,900. But, maybe, just maybe, some of the people coming in to view this huge home (complete with 2 2 car garages) will actually be looking to actually purchase a home. Maybe.

I'm not holding my breath. I just wish I had listed it, that would be guaranteed money. Real Estate is such a cool job, I wish I had been able to go into this field years ago when I first tried it, but it's hard to do with absolutely zero support. I am doing very well, for a beginner, but it's still a little sketchy right now. I think I'll be fine but it's still going to be a while before I'm making a good living, but that day will come and from all indicators, sooner than later.

So, anyone want to buy a house?
