I still love being a Realtor, even if the contract wasn't accepted!

Well, we wrote a very strong contract (full price, buyer paying all closing costs) and got outbid. This market is crazy. Also last week, I had another buyer trying to get a deal when the seller was refusing to budge on what was already a good deal.

Sigh.

Overall, though, it was a good week. I got a couple more good leads and am working those as well but it would be nice to have one of those contracts accepted.
