House hunting Stepdad

Note to self: Remember to breathe...

What a week! Besides the usual hustle and bustle that anyone with a baby and an eight year old knows, work got extremely hectic last week. Tuesday I had four customers, showed nine houses and wrote a contract. Wednesday, I showed two homes in a different county and wrote two contracts.

All three have been accepted!!!

So now I get even busier, with inspections, surveys and everything else that goes along with selling a home.

All in all, it looks like April is going to be a very good month!
